Got bored this morning and decided to make a quick pose test for the orc. Still a lot to fix on it and I'll have to finish the textures and the weapon but I'm getting closer to finish it. And yeah...I know...one eyebrow is missing :))
Yesterday I kinda managed to make substance to work while streaming...got only a few crashes and decided to remake the textures. Here's the progress so far. Still long way to go.
If you're a subscriber you can check my saved videos for the whole process if you were unable to watch it live.

The low poly is almost done. I need to make the shoulder fur pelt and then add the chest hair and the actual fur. After that a lot of texturing coming.
Don't forget you can view my progress on twitch:

Some more progress on the orc hair. I'm calling it done for now. I'll try to improve it a bit after I'm gonna finish with the low poly for the rest.
Don't forget you can watch my progress on twitch. I'm always streaming while working on this guy.

A few days ago I've released a tutorial for texturing real time stylized characters based on my Artstation's Wild West Challenge entry. Maybe you're interested.
More details here:
I've worked a lot on the body in the past few days. I had the head and the body separated in the high poly so I've made the low poly for the whole thing and re projected all the details. I've also worked on the skin microdetails using texturing.xyz displacement maps and a poly paint as a base for my texture.
Don't forget I'm streaming when I'm working on it.
